Well, you’re in luck because I’m going to share why your energetic vibration is so important. And I’m going to tell you how you can use it to your advantage to get what you want in your business.
So, What’s a Vibration?
The thoughts and feelings you experience on a daily basis have a vibration that can be measured. When you raise your vibration, it helps you connect to a higher place. And when you get into that state, you’re better able attract the things you want into your life because you have to be on the same vibrational frequency as those things.

Get Clear on Exactly What You Want
The most common reason people go wrong with manifestation is that they focus on what they don’t want. Instead, they should focus on what they do want. And they need to place a clear order with the Universe if they want to stand any chance at getting it right.
Focus on what you want to attract into your life, but don’t attach yourself to how it’s going to manifest. The Universe will take care of that part. Simply place your order and let the Universe do its thing.
How to Raise Your Vibration & Attract What You Want
To get yourself into vibrational alignment with the things you want, there are a number of steps you can take. And I’m going to share 10 with you today so you can raise your vibration.
1. Incorporate Meditation Into Your Day
If you aren’t already using meditation to raise your vibration, you really should be! Taking time to meditate is a fantastic opportunity to clear your mind and program yourself for success. You see, I personally love to do guided meditations with affirmations. Not only do they give me the opportunity to visualize what I want to manifest into my life, but they also include affirmations that help shift my mindset.
Those affirmations help me get to that mindset that I want to be in, whether it’s to become more financially abundant, increase my productivity, or something else. My favorite guided meditations are ones from Carrie Green of the Female Entrepreneur Association and Melanie Bundock. What I love about the meditations these ladies have created is that they’re focused on specific things. Carrie has meditations about money, success, and productivity. Melanie has a meditation to help you have a great day, boost your energy levels, and even get a good night’s sleep.
2. Start Journaling
I’ve been keeping a gratitude journal since the start of 2016 and it’s been amazing. All I do is take a few minutes before going to bed and I jot down three things I’m grateful for from that day. It’s a simple opportunity to reflect on the day and even the smallest wins I experienced. If you start any kind of journal, I highly suggest making gratitude journaling part of your daily routine, whether it’s done in the morning or night.
You can also start using journaling prompts that require you to really dig deep! I joined Rachel Luna’s Faith Activated Journaling Experiment back in March and it’s been fantastic for this. Her journaling prompts get me really thinking about my mindset around money and have helped me figure out the type of person I truly want to become. By doing these prompts every day, it helps increase my vibration so I can attract what I want into my life because I know what I’m going after.
3. Create a Vision Board
Have you ever created a vision board? If not, head out to Office Depot, grab supplies, and let’s start making one! A vision board is a great way to create a visual representation of your goals and the things you want to manifest into your life. It can then serve as a reminder of what you’re working towards in your personal life and in your business.
My vision board has images that reflect traveling I want to do, the dream home I want to build, and even something as simple as a handbag I want to purchase. What you put on your board is totally up to you! So, get creative with it!
However, it’s not enough to just create your vision board. You can’t fill it up with all of these amazing things and then put it away somewhere that you’ll never see it. It needs to be visible. It needs to be somewhere you can see it so it serves as a constant reminder and motivator. I suggest hanging it on the wall in your workspace.
Once your board is all complete and proudly displayed, spend some time doing a little visualization about the things you’ve placed on it. Which brings me to my next tip…
4. Visualize What You Want
It’s not really enough to just put it out there to the Universe that you want to manifest something. You need to actually believe that it’s on its way to you, otherwise you’re going to experience a ton of resistance that holds you back. That’s why I think it’s important to spend time visualizing what you want and imagining what life would be like once that thing has manifested.
How will you feel? What will you do? How will it change your life? Sit in the knowing that whatever this thing is is on its way to you in the right time. It’s not your job to worry about how it’s going to happen. That’s up to the Universe. Your responsibility is to trust that it’s coming and take action every day to get yourself a little bit closer to making it a reality.
5. Do What Brings You Closer to Your Dream Life
Now, as I mentioned in the previous tip, you still have to take action. You can’t tell the Universe you want $1 Million and then do nothing. Sitting back and waiting for it to show up in your life isn’t going to do you any good.
Ask yourself what your dream life is going to look like and how it’s going to change things for you. What are the differences between that life and your current reality that you can start incorporating into your day now? How are you going to feel when that dream life is a reality and how you can replicate those feelings in your current situation? Taking those actions raise your vibration and bring you closer to making those dreams a reality.
6. Get Your Blood Flowing With Exercise
I know you’re probably thinking, what does this have to do with my vibration? Well, don’t you feel good after a workout? You might feel tired, sweaty, and exhausted, yeah… But your mood has usually improved. You feel ready and empowered to take on your day. By exercising, you can bring yourself into alignment with the things you want to attract into your life because you start vibrating on this positive, energetic frequency. When you feel good, you open yourself up and allow all those good things to flow your way. That’s why exercise helps because it gets you in that state of mind.
7. Declutter Your Space
Take a look around you. Is your space neat and organized with everything in its rightful place? Or do things look a bit like a cluttered mess? If it’s the latter, don’t freak out. We all get a little mess from time to time! But did you know that clutter could be stopping you from attracting your dream life? Well, it’s true!
When things are cluttered, it prevents you from manifesting what you want because there’s no space for it in your life. That’s why you need to keep things tidy so those room for all of those amazing things to come to you. Take some time today to tidy up around you. If it’s your whole house that needs some work, just focus on the two spaces you spend the most time in for right now. Then, tackle the rest tomorrow.
When everything is in order, you’re going to feel lighter. You’re going to feel refreshed. And this tells the Universe that you’ve made space for all those exciting things to finally manifest into your life. It’s just one of the ways you can take action to raise your vibration.
8. Surround Yourself With High-Vibrating People
Another thing you need to declutter is your friends list. Are you surrounding yourself with people who are bringing you down? These are people who are constantly complaining, always negative, and overall just not being supportive of you. If you have anyone in your life like that, you should consider cutting ties with them.
And I know what you’re thinking… “But Rachel, I’ve been best friends with Katie for 10 years!” But here’s the thing, if Katie is constantly dragging you down to her level, you can’t continue to be around her. It pulls your vibration down and prevents you from manifesting the things you want.
So, you really have two options here. Either you can sit down and talk to those negative people in your life and try to bring them to the light side… Or you can be savage AF and just let them go. When you cut those toxic relationships out, you open up space for amazing, high-vibrating people to come into your life.
9. Be Conscious of Your Thoughts
Another important step you need to take in order to raise your vibration is to be conscious of your thoughts. You have to pay attention to things you’re thinking throughout the day so you can spot those doubtful, limiting beliefs that pop up when you least expect it.
And when those bad thoughts come up, replace them with something more positive and uplifting. Let’s say you start thinking, “Who am I to create this new online course? Why would anyone trust my opinion?” Replace that thought with, “I am experienced and have tons of knowledge to share with my audience. They’re going to love this course and appreciate the value I’ve put into it.” Simple shifts like that go a long way! Rewrite your negative thoughts and you’ll raise your vibration in no time.
10. Express Gratitude For What You Currently Have
You can’t attract what you want into your life if you aren’t grateful for what you currently have. The Universe won’t think you’re deserving or ready for those things yet. So, make sure you’re expressing gratitude for the things in your life on a daily basis.
Do this by starting a gratitude journal and writing down at least three things you’re grateful for at the start or end of your day. This will instantly raise your vibration. And it doesn’t matter how small or big those things on your list are. Simply taking the action and actually feeling the gratitude is what makes all the difference.
