I have always been someone who loves to write.
Growing up, I kept a diary as a way to incorporate writing into my daily life.
Although I gave up that practice sometime in my teenage years, I actually still have a journal. But these days, I use my journal in a much different way.
When keeping a diary, you’re detailing the things that happened in your day-to-day life, such as interactions with your crush and any drama with friends or your parents.
Now, instead of rehashing things that happened, I use my journal entries to write about things I want to happen. Why? Because this way it becomes a tool for manifestation.
And if you want to learn how I use journaling for manifestation, keep reading for my tips!
How I Use Journaling for Manifestation
So, how can you use a journal entry to attract all of your desires into your life? Well, it’s done through a process called scripting.
When scripting, you are essentially speaking into existence what you want to manifest as if it has already happened. Because, as we know, if you want to manifest something… You have to get yourself on the same energetic frequency as that thing. And you do that by embodying the feeling of already having it in your life. You have to feel as though it’s already yours.
So, here’s why journaling for manifestation actually works:
It Helps You Clearly State What You Desire
When you want to manifest something, you have to request it from the Universe, God, Angels, or whatever your Source is. And you want to be crystal clear when making your request, otherwise you risk getting something you didn’t actually want.
Think about it like placing an order at a restaurant. You’re clearly stating what you want to receive. You would never ask for something you don’t want!
And with journaling, you’re able to collect your thoughts and put everything on paper. Think about it like a written contract with the Universe. You state what you want and the Universe promises to deliver it once you’re in alignment.
Then, You Can Work Through the Blocks Holding You Back
Most of the time when your manifestations aren’t showing up in your life, it’s because you have something blocking you from receiving it.
And it’s important to break through to the other side of those blocks if you want to turn things around. This means that you have to put any limiting beliefs, doubts, and fears in the past.
The great thing about journaling is that it allows you to get all of your thoughts and feelings onto paper so you can work through them a bit more easily. Use your journaling session as an opportunity to let it all out. (I actually teach a formula to shift your beliefs in my course, Journaling in Flow.)
And Finally, You Embody Your Desires to Manifest Them
Let me ask you this… Do you ever have trouble manifesting the things you desire?
Maybe you find that merely sitting on the couch and visualizing the things you wish to attract into your life just doesn’t always cut it. You might feel disconnected from the visualization and wonder if you’re even doing it right.
Then, you fail to manifest and you wind up feeling frustrated… Especially when it seems like everyone else manifests with such ease.
Well, I find journaling for manifestation to be much more powerful than simply thinking about the things you want. The reason for this is that when you’re taking the time to write things out, it’s pushing you to put real purpose and intention behind your words. It encourages you to truly feel them and embody them as being your reality.
And when you can vibrate at the same frequency as the things you wish to manifest, you’ll successfully attract them into your life.
